In the summer of 2007, my management company decided to go with a company called Compliance Depot, They check all certificates of insurance for alll of our vendors, all vendors are required to join and provide this information yearly to Compliance depot.  This caused great distress for my property as I am north of Santa Rosa in a small town that most of my vendors did not want to join Compliance depot in which caused my property to discontinue using their services.  I started calling around for a vendor that would join so that my heaters / air conditioning units could be repaired as we were beginning our rehab on my property, I had no luck with this challenge, as our units run with the hot water heaters and not many vendors are familiar with this type of heaters and therfore are costly.  I called Compliance Depot  and they recommended Troxel HVAC, I made the call to Alan Troxel.  He came up on that day and has been taking care of my units .  Alan makes every effort to get up to my property on the same day, especially if it is cold out and I have families that are in their freezing apartment.  Troxel HVAC's prices are affordable and very reasonable.  I have referred his services to friends and family.  I you are in need of any repair for heaters and or air conditioning units I recommend you call Troxel HVAC first, you will not be disappointed with their services.
